We are actively seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team to provide essential care and support to individuals with complex clinical needs within the comfort of their own home environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with Coyle Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to a client with a spinal injury and complex clinical needs. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care within a home care setting.
  • Provide specialist spinal injury care and support.
  • Manage and maintain Hickman lines safely and effectively.
  • Administer medication in line with clinical guidelines and care plans.
  • Carry out clinical observations, monitoring, and accurate documentation.
  • Respond appropriately to changes in the client’s condition.
  • Work independently and confidently during night shifts.
  • Maintain clear communication with the wider healthcare team, client, and family members.

Key Job Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Active NMC registration.
  • Previous experience in complex care and/or community care nursing.
  • Experience with spinal injury care.
  • Competency in Hickman line management.
  • Strong medication administration skills.
  • Confident working independently on night shifts.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
