Coyle Homecare is recruiting an experienced Complex Care Carer to support a client in Farnham with tracheostomy, jejunal (JEJ) feeding, suctioning, and cerebral palsy.
You’ll deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care within the client’s home, under the guidance of our clinical nurse team.
Provide tracheostomy care, including routine maintenance and tube changes.
Carry out suctioning and airway management safely and effectively.
Administer JEJ feeds and medication following infection control and nutrition protocols.
Support with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs.
Monitor and record clinical observations, reporting changes promptly.
Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all Coyle Homecare and CQC policies.
At least 6 months’ experience in complex care.
Trained and competent in tracheostomy care, suctioning, and JEJ/PEG feeding.
Experience supporting clients with cerebral palsy.
Good communication skills and a caring, reliable nature.
Enhanced DBS (on Update Service preferred).
Relevant healthcare training (BLS, Manual Handling, Safeguarding).
