Are you an experienced and compassionate Therapy Assistant (Complex Care) looking for a rewarding role in Bury? This role offers competitive rates of £16.00 - £20.00ph, ongoing training, and the chance to make a real difference. 

This is a hands-on, practical role, working directly alongside care staff to support day-to-day care and implement therapy-based approaches. You will help embed consistent routines, safe practices, and person-centred support within the package.

This role would suit someone with experience as a Therapy Assistant, Support Worker, OT Assistant or Physiotherapy Assistant who enjoys working directly with individuals in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Paediatric Complex Care Support Worker with Coyle Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to service users. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities for this package: 

• Support delivery of day-to-day care and therapy-based activities
• Assist with mobility, routines, and daily living skills
• Work alongside carers to promote consistency and safe practice
• Support behavioural and emotional regulation where required
• Provide hands-on support during 08:00–20:00 shifts
• Report any concerns and provide feedback to the wider team

Requirements

• Experience in a Therapy Assistant, Support Worker, or similar role
• Background in complex care, community care, or rehabilitation
• Confident in a hands-on role
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Calm, reliable and proactive approach

Desirable

• Experience supporting complex needs, learning disabilities, or behavioural needs
• Relevant qualification (Health & Social Care or Therapy Assistant)
