Key Responsibilities: 

As a Paediatric Complex Carer with Coyle Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to service users. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities: 

• Provide person-centred clinical care:
• Seizure management
• CPAP therapy
• Suctioning
• PEG feeding
• Administer daily and emergency medications safely
• Support the child’s development, activities, and emotional wellbeing
• Follow individual care plans and maintain clear, accurate records
• Work flexibly across a day and night shift rota

Key Job Requirements: 

To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements: 

• Experience in paediatric complex care (essential)
• Confident with epilepsy, CPAP, suctioning, and PEG care
• Calm, compassionate, and capable in emergency situations
• Flexible availability for both day and night shifts
• Driving licence – desirable
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) – preferred
