About the Role:
Coyle Homecare are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead to oversee complex care packages across multiple regions. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, training, and support to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care to children with complex medical needs in their own homes.
This role combines hands-on clinical oversight, staff supervision, and liaison with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and clinically support complex paediatric homecare packages.
Conduct assessments, reviews, and competency sign-offs for staff.
Provide clinical training (tracheostomy, suctioning, PEG, ventilation, seizure management, etc.).
Support care planning and risk assessments in collaboration with families and commissioners.
Audit clinical documentation and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
Act as a point of escalation for complex cases and clinical incidents.
Travel regularly to visit packages and teams across regions.
Essential Requirements:
Registered Nurse (Child/RGN/RNLD) with active NMC pin.
Significant experience in paediatric complex care and community/homecare settings.
Confident and competent in tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG feeding, and ventilation (NIV/CPAP).
Proven leadership and staff training experience.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between regions.
