Client: Female, 41 years old
We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and engaging female Support Worker to provide person-centred care for a client living in Bristol.
Monday & Tuesday days avaliable + ad hoc shifts
About the Client:
The client is a 41-year-old woman who loves Disney, music, and radio. She attends a day centre twice a week and takes part in various structured activities throughout the week, as well as enjoying home-based activities such as colouring and computer tasks.
She has cerebral palsy and is a full-time wheelchair user. She communicates using an Accent communication device and has full understanding, enjoying meaningful conversations and social interaction.
Shifts: Monday & Tuesday days - ad hoc shifts also avaliable
