Position: Complex Carer
Location: North London
Hours: 40 hours per week
Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: £18 - £22 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Complex Carer to join our team in North London. This full-time position requires 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, complex care to individuals with various medical needs, including those requiring tracheostomy care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialised care for patients with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy care.
• Monitor and assess the patient's condition, and report any changes.
• Perform tracheostomy care procedures, including suctioning and cleaning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and follow care plans.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the patient.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.

Requirements:

• Must be trained in tracheostomy care.
• Previous experience in a similar complex care role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
