Salary: £16-20 per hour

About the Role

Support a middle-aged woman living with Motor Neurone Disease in her family home. The client is fully immobile and requires full assistance with all aspects of care. You will work as part of a small, consistent team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Complex Carer (MND) with Coyle Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to service users. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities for this package: 

• Full personal care and repositioning
• RIG feeding and medication support
• Respiratory care (NIV, cough assist)
• Hoisting and safe use of equipment
• Monitoring wellbeing and maintaining accurate records
• Working closely with family and care team

Additional Support (Double-Up Care)

• 10:00 – 11:00
• 14:30 / 14:45 – 15:15
• 19:30 – 20:00 (handover overlap)

Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements: 

• Experience in complex care
• Knowledge of PEG/RIG feeding, respiratory support, or hoisting
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional
• Able to work 12-hour shifts

Team Structure

• 4 regular carers (day/night rotation)
• 2 additional carers for cover
