Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Complex Care Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care and support to individuals with complex health needs in Wales. You will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care in a home environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced nursing care, including personal care, medication administration, and clinical interventions
- Manage tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, and catheter care
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualised care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to emergency situations
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, family members, and carers
- Train and support healthcare assistants in delivering specialist care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience in complex care or critical care settings
- Strong clinical skills, including tracheostomy and ventilation care (training provided if required)
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work independently
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
- Right to work in the UK
