In her role, she oversees the day-to-day management of regulated activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. She is deeply involved in service delivery and development, constantly striving to enhance the quality of care provided. Team management and fostering a culture of excellence are also central to my responsibilities. Additionally, she plays a crucial role in quality assurance measures and reporting essential information to regulatory bodies such as the CQC, particularly regarding safeguarding concerns.

While our primary focus is in homecare, we also extend our services to various sectors within healthcare, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meeting the needs of our clients.

Outside of work, Veronika indulges her passion for travelling, exploring new destinations whenever possible. She finds solace and rejuvenation in practices like Yoga and Pilates during her free time, nurturing both my physical and mental well-being.
