Heather Roberts

As Paediatric Clinical Lead at Coyle Homecare, based in London and the surrounding areas, Heather Roberts brings 19 years of paediatric nursing experience to the team. Her career has spanned nearly 15 years within the NHS and over three years in a children's hospice setting, giving her a deep and well-rounded understanding of caring for children with complex and life-limiting conditions. While relatively new to homecare, Heather's extensive clinical background makes her an invaluable addition to the Coyle Homecare family.

In her role, Heather provides clinical leadership and support across paediatric complex care in home and community settings, ensuring that every child's care is safe, person-centred, and tailored to their individual needs. She works closely with care staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams, supporting care planning and the ongoing development of the people around her. Passionate about nursing and deeply committed to the families she works with, Heather strives to make a positive difference each day, both for the teams she supports and for the children and families in their care.
