Ellie Bush

As the Clinical Feedback Team Manager & Safeguarding Lead at Coyle Homecare, Ellie Bush is based in our Liverpool Street head office and has been an integral member of our team over the past nine years. Ellie has spent the last three years working as the Safeguarding Lead, while still remaining part of the Clinical Investigations team. Ellie is proud to be working and applying her skills and knowledge with Coyle Homecare to maintain the safety and wellbeing of our service users.

On a regular day, Ellie will oversee and action any complaints, incidents and Safeguarding concerns that are reported to us, responding to all enquiries from the Local Authority and other investigatory/governing bodies. Her role requires her to be both proactive in implementing safeguarding measures and reactive by responding to complaints and Safeguarding concerns when they arise to ensure these are effectively followed up and thoroughly investigated. 

Away from work, Ellie is an avid reader, her favourites being Gothic literature and fantasy. She also thoroughly enjoys long walks with her dog, cooking and spending time with her family.
