Clinical Lead
As Clinical Lead at Coyle Homecare, based in the Midlands, Diane Hulme brings nearly two decades of experience working with clients with complex care needs. Since 2006, she has built a wealth of knowledge and skills across a range of settings, including children's hospice care, community care, domiciliary care, and supported living, consistently focusing on supporting and developing the services provided to the clients she works with.
In her role, Diane oversees children's packages across different parts of the country, ensuring that both clients and staff receive the clinical support they need to thrive. Her day-to-day responsibilities span completing assessments for new clients, developing care plans and risk assessments, conducting MAR chart audits, and providing general clinical oversight. She also carries out competency assessments for staff, playing a vital role in maintaining the high quality of care that Coyle Homecare is known for. As the company looks to grow its presence in the Midlands, Diane is proud to be at the heart of that expansion.
Diane is deeply proud to be part of the Coyle Homecare team, driven by a genuine commitment to making a difference. She strives to ensure that every client's day is not only well cared for, but fun, interesting, and as special as they are.
Outside of work, Diane is a devoted wife and mum, and together with her husband she helps manage two children's football teams, keeping busy as both a parent liaison and respect marshal. She loves supporting young players as they develop a love for the sport, and has even mastered the offside rule along the way. A true animal lover, Diane shares her home with a number of beloved pets, and there is nothing she enjoys more than coming home to their cuddles after a busy day.
