As the Client Manager at Coyle Homecare, I am based in Surrey and bring 2 years of experience specifically in homecare recruitment, alongside a total of 4 years in the healthcare sector. What truly makes me proud to be part of Coyle Homecare is the profound impact we have on the lives of our clients. Witnessing the transformation from past negative experiences to a future filled with independence and fulfillment is incredibly rewarding.

In my role, I am entrusted with expanding our client base and services by liaising with both new and existing clients. I specialise in placing experienced healthcare staff into various specialist roles, ensuring tailored care for each individual. Consultations with families are a crucial aspect of my responsibilities, as I work closely with them to arrange and implement expert care plans. Additionally, I handle rota management and account management, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Operating across sectors such as Homecare, complex care, private settings, Hospices, and Schools, our reach is diverse and impactful.

Outside of work, I enjoy unwinding by playing golf on the weekends (when work allows!), being a passionate Arsenal fan, and attending home games whenever possible. My German shepherd keeps me busy with his demanding nature, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
